Rayville is a small town with the biggest store being Walmart. The high school is in a separate building from K-8 on the other side of town. The public schools are average and the high school includes students from nearby local areas that are two small to have their own high school. There is also a private school, Riverfield Academy, which is considerably better the the public schools that serves for pre-K to 12. With the town being small and in a farming area, there are not the many job opportunities or much to do at night.

Rayville has the coziness of a small town, yet it is only a few minutes away from lots of shopping and family activities. However, the economy needs to be stimulated by bringing in more industries and allowing the workforce to have more chances for job improvement skills.
My experience here is okay but the service is bad at restaurant’s and the local Wal-Mart. This town needs better policemen the schools need better teachers and there are no job opportunities here in Rayville.
