I love Ravenswood! This small town is extremely friendly, and the sports bring people of the community together almost every week! There are fantastic food opportunities, just not enough places to chose from. Ravenswood is about 45 minutes aways from the state capital, Charleston, which is a beautiful city! It is only 30 minutes from Parkersburg which is also a small Urban area with many activities. If you like to be secluded, but just outside the city, this is a place for you. The sports teams are fantastic, and the school system is great. A new middle school is being built right now, so it is a little hectic, but it is a success in the making. Overall I love this small town!
