Niche User:I love the area I live in. I have lived in the Lewis Center area for my entire life and I am so happy to have been raised in such a great area. The community is always developing new businesses and community parks. In the past 5 years I have seen enormous growth in the 5-mile radius just around my home. I can only see the quality of life in this area improving.

Parent:The prevalence of crime in my area is pretty low. There definitely is some crime but when there is, it is usually small crimes like vandalism or trespassing. Rarely will there ever be crimes along the lines of murder

Niche User:Loudoun/Fairfax or Ashburn to be specific is easily one of the best places in the country and even the world to live in, in my opinion. Area is safe, there are plenty of things to do, and the people are very nice. Many people would think since that there is a dominant race residing here that people may be racist, well as a minority residing in Ashburn, this is one of the least racist surburban towns in the state of Virginia. There is a moderately strong sense of community, as we hold 5k's and various events especially during the spring, summer, and fall seasons such as exotic car meets, fairs at Brambleton Town Center, fundraisers, and many halloween events for all ages. Christmas time is a special time, and there is the lighting of the tree in Brambleton, and the area is decked out in christmas lights. With that said, there are facebook groups titled "the real housewives of Ashburn" and similar things like that, but this is not the kind of place that has that small town feel, where everybody knows and watches out for everybody. Many people get to know each other through school and extracurricular sports leagues such as AYFL for football, T2RBL or AAU for basketball, and Loudoun soccer for soccer players. Parks and recs has many opportunities to for all ages to enjoy life in the community through the massive amount of schools and community centers in the area. Area is extremely pet friendly, there are 3 vets within the area and almost every resident either has a dog or cat, you can always drive into a neighborhood and see at least 3-5 people walking their dog. Ashburn and Brambleton/Aldie/South Riding are generally new areas so there are many middle aged people and young families with elementary to high school and even college students, so there are many people who have moved here, and there are some who move out. This is not the kind of place where people have lived here for 50 years, as Ashburn was merely farms grass and forests 25 years ago.

Niche User:The community life here is amazing. I could not imagine something better. Everybody is very friendly, and like to help each other. People live here there whole life, because there is so much to offer in our community. It is very excepting of pets. People run all the time with their dogs on the paved biking paths. Every year there is a great big festival for the 4th of July, and that allows the people to get involved in helping set up, and just going out for the night and having fun, and meeting new people.

Niche User:If I could do it all over again I would live in downtown Carmel and out of the suburbs, although growing up there as a kid was great--I felt very safe and had wonderful neighbors. I would have liked to have been closer to the arts and design district and monon trail however. My siblings and I always had jobs right off the trail and it would have been great to bike to.

Niche User:I absolutely love living in Northwest Arkansas! Its a forever expanding town with wonderful, happy people! The town is big enough to have a new experience once in a while bit is also small enough to know and recognize several people as close friends and neighbors! I love how involved our community is. We have our annual First Friday and Farmers markets. And we also have our 5k run for adults and the kids, and of course our Benton County Fair and Tontitown Grape Festival. I just recentely graduated from high school and I can honestly say that I had and STILL have the best educational opportunities a student can get. NWA is my home and it will always stay that way. I don't think theres anywhere else quite like it.
