    Valley Hi / North Laguna

    • Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
    • 47 reviews
Niche User:No problems have occurred recently. The police are not around much because the neighborhood is pretty quite during the day and night but if a problems does occur they come in a timely manner. Vandalism, Graffiti and abandon houses are not seen as much so that is not a big issue. Lighting is not a big problem as well if a street is unlit the problem is fixed in a matter of two days.

    Greenhaven

    • Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
    • 12 reviews
Current Resident:Greenhaven is a somewhat safe place to be. In the past, I thought Sacramento, Greenhaven was the safest place to be in the whole world- that was when I was a little kid. Now I realize there are many dangerous things out there and the only thing holding me together are my family, friends, and my teachers. However, usually things are alright until after midnight, things get sketchy. As long as the light shines, there is light. Afterwards, prepare to lock yourself in your house and don't come out even with company.

    • Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
    • 13 reviews
Niche User:I used to live in South San Francisco and it was very tight and crowded. It made me just a tiny bit anxious. In the area where I currently live, there is much more open space for me to see and take in. The place calms down my nerves and lets me unwind feel very free.

    Oxford Circle

    • Neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA
    • 80 reviews
Niche User:There is not any known crimes in this area. Many people feel safe in this area. There are a couple of programs in place to prevent crime. Although there is not a high amount of crime prevalent in this community, I would like to see more cops around because I do not know how fast they would respond.

    Willowbrook

    • Neighborhood in Houston, TX
    • 21 reviews
Current Resident:I have lived in the area for around 4 years now. Love how the schools are in close proximity to home; no more than a 5 minute drive. The movies, mall, and places to eat are also extremely close and the neighborhood are very family orientated. I would say the one down side to living out here is the commute, especially if you are going into downtown area. On a good day with good traffic, the drive is around 35-40 minutes. However, if you are leaving during traffic hour, expect to be sitting in your car for at least an hour.

Current Resident:I love the Sundance Lake neighborhood. It is very quiet and safe. I have never had any complaints. Parents and children pass by walking or biking in the afternoons. North Beacon Hill

    • Neighborhood in Seattle, WA
    • 4 reviews
Current Resident:I moved to Beacon Hill last year and moved into a house with three other friends. Out of all the neighborhoods, I spend the most time in Beacon Hill and find it to be quiet pleasant. I have multiple friends who live blocks from me. The night life is somewhat dire, as the Oak closes somewhat early and the other eateries and bars are extremely overpriced. There is a good selection of local food up by the Shell Station on 15th and The Station coffee shop across from Red Apple brings the neighborhood together. The proximity of my house to the train station makes living here very convenient. I am glad I moved here and will continue to live here.

    Eldridge / West Oaks

    • Neighborhood in Houston, TX
    • 46 reviews
Niche User:The area where I currently reside is a luxurious place that is cool, calm, and collected. With there being a mall across the street from my home makes it safe and convenient to walk across and explore the wonderful venture established. Moreover there is many food restaurants like Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Dunkin Donuts fairly close by to my pleasure. To sum it all up this area would be my residency when I buy my first home in the future. Yet I would not rank this area compared to others in the U.S because I simply have not visited or experience living in those areas.

There are a lot of elderly residents along with families with children. It's a nice, mostly quiet neighborhood bordered by the river and freeway.

Current Resident:Growning up in san francisco's bayview district, allowed me to grow up ith the best weather in the city. The people of the bayview are nice caring people who like to always have fun, especially when the bayview opera house throws community events on the third Friday of every month. There are alot of good schools as well as extra curricular activities for youth, adults and the elderly. The bayview is a great place, its currently going through mass improvements and influxes of many different people. It a beautiful thing.

    Eastern Area

    • Neighborhood in San Diego, CA
    • 51 reviews
Niche User:San Diego has great landmarks such as the beaches, Presidio park, Balboa park, and just the general weather is a great addition. Some areas can be dangerous but its best to stay inside at night unless you're going out for a night in downtown. San Diego has a general high cost for living here.

    Village 7

    • Neighborhood in Sacramento, CA
    • 8 reviews
Niche User:There is a lot of farm land near this area. Elkhorn road separates the residence are and the farm land. Which means it can get really windy because the area is open. In the summer, it's a good thing so that when the temperature gets to 90 degrees it wont't be too hot because of the wind. I like this area better than where we used to live before. It was really crowded and noisy because of the elementary school. This area much better. It's more open and streets are wide too. It's peaceful.
