    Niche User:The community is being more gentrified in my opinion. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing but I wish it was better before wealthier people started moving in. However, the sense of community is strong to me. But sometimes it can feel like us vs. them. Or this area vs. that area to me.

    Niche User:The area is nice for people who do not have cars because everything is basically in walking distance. Although the community is not that safe you do have those that look out for the women and children. Drug trafficking is a big thing here and needs to be put under control.
