It is a short walk from the Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo, as well as close to Manhattan by train, so commutes are not arduous. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants in the area where I like to eat and spend time with friends. This is the best neighborhood I've ever lived in and would choose to live here again anytime.

The New York State government is doing all they can to avoid high crime rates, especially within my area where thousands of people travel through each day. I generally feel safe and secure on a daily basis.
