Rancho Tehama Reserve Reviews

Everyone talks how bad it is here, but to tell you the truth it's really not that bad. You can get a decent piece of property for a good price, nice size land, and unparrelled scenery in the spring . There are thefts and drugs, but that's America now. The only other real downside is unless you have a car, you literally couldn't survive. Everything is a good 20 minute drive either way to another slightly larger rural town. I also hear their elementary school is decent. The smoke from the wildfires in fire season lingers here also, so if you have breathing problems or low immunity factor that in since that's the norm now.
