The best kept secret in California! Quiet, safe, lakes, river, hiking trails, beautiful and family friendly. Golf, tennis, concerts, sport teams for kids, women’s clubs, restaurants and gateway to the wine country. Drive your golf cart to the Raleys’s grocery store. No better place!

Gated golfing community with large residential neighborhoods, several parks and lakes for fishing/swimming, as well as a year round river. New hotel coming in, BelAir building a new store, as well as several small shops including a salon for hair and nails, chiropractor, Mexican restaurant, Pizza, Subway and more. Great place to hang out and/or live!
Small town where everybody knows everybody! Everyone is very friendly to each other, it is quite easy to make friends within this small community! Very welcoming to anybody and everybody! Love the small town traditions!
