My experience at the new dollar general store was very satisfying, good proximity to home, wide selection of goods, friendly service, very satisfying shopping experience. Glad to see raisin township getting new businesses, hopefully this is a good start for more to come. Grateful resident, love the urban setting, great choice of schools. Hopefully get a new restaurant/eatery. All in all, great place to live/raise children.

In this community, everyone is a family. Our community comes together during grief, sorrow, and difficult times; however, Tecumseh comes together to celebrate, remember, and enjoy our small community and all that each person brings to "T-Town." Whether you are a single mom, an elderly couple, or a Christian-living family, this community is great for all to be apart of.
There are a lot of mom-and-pop type shops. Tecumseh Michigan is a town more for the elderly rather than teenagers like myself. Elders find a lot of peace here and become regulars at a lot of the little shops and restaurants because it is a small town and most of the businesses are family owned. As for a teenager like myself, it is hard to find fun and thriving activities to do. The town does not really provide activities like that besides what is offered at our high school.
