I have lived here 17 years, and not once regretted it. It is a safe, kind, small place with a lot of open space. Only problem is you are surrounded by elderly.

The local shops and stores are all great. They treat you like family and do whatever they can to make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave the store. unlike the big box stores.
Many state and local parks. lots of outdoor space and forest land.
