Tourism in the beach area is great! But if I need to fix my car, get groceries, or do any errands it's difficult without a long drive. They have food and daytime entertainment, but one the sun goes down there is nothing to do.

Although there are tropical storm possibilities they never have hit here. Earthquakes are seldom noticed, and thunderstorms just mean we leave the beach.
If you're on vacation coming to Hawaii its great, the restaurants are open until 9, but you end up paying ah arm and a leg for resort like atmosphere and for star restaurants.
