Powell Reviews

Powell is a small town with a lot of friendly people. It is a great community. They have a movie theater, good restaurants, bowling, and great schools. Sometimes this town can get boring but peaceful at the same time. There is not a lot of diversity around the town, but you can find more diversity on the college campus.
Powell is a small and friendly town with great schools. There are a lot of small-medium businesses around so shopping isn't limited as small towns usually are. The only downfall of this town is the restaurant choices... The Rocky Mountain Soup and Sandwich and the Taco Bus are great, but I just wish there were more places to go out, without getting burnt out on going to the same places.
I moved here from Fort Smith, Arkansas, and this place was such a culture shock. I've been used to busy city life, but this town is very mellow and peaceful. There's obviously not as many places to go to here, but it's tolerable. People here are so so so much more friendly and kind to one another which makes me like this place more. I like how it's easy to navigate around the town without being able to get lost as well. This town has made me change my thoughts about smaller towns completely, I'd never leave this place.
