Very boring, very expensive, very white. I've lived here all my life and I would like to leave as soon as possible. Terrible culture, too much vaping, teens who drive BMW's and Mercedes to school, it's everything you love about white, upper-middle class suburbia.
Weird-ass locus of conservatism in a relatively liberal county. Don't get me wrong, the people are nice, they're just also really really racist and don't like to be called on it.

Beautiful area with great energy! The people here are amazing, and the neighborhood is overall beautiful and clean. The schools here are also academically excellent. Great place to live!
Poway is a wonderful city to live in! I just moved into a house here with my boyfriend and our mutual friend, and I could not be happier. Within a few days of moving here, I got a job, made some new friends, and rescued a dog from a nearby shelter. Highly recommend this city, and San Diego in general.
