Poland is a decent town to live in. I like living in the township rather than the village because some of the people who live in the village are very pompous and think they're better than everyone.
Poland can be a pleasant experience. Its a historic town and is full of higher income residents so the town is very well taken care of. The one down side is the police are some of the most power hungry that I have come across. They also have been proven to profile based on many aspects that are all morally reprehensible.
Poland Township is a great place to establish and raise a family, with a distinguished public school system, affordable housing market, and low crime rate.
I grew up my whole life in Poland, OH. I would not trade the environment and people I grew up with for the world. It is small and tight knit where everyone comes together and helps support all members of the community. I loved my neighborhood where we were able to play with your neighbors outside. We rode bikes around town from morning until night. I now have a little girl and wouldn’t want to raise her anywhere else!
Poland is a small quaint town, with beautiful scenery and historic homes. Although, Poland lacks diversity in its members, especially in its school system.
I love the community I live in, Poland, Ohio. It's one of the most welcoming small townships. It almost feels like the sun is always shining. The fairytale-like scenery during the sunset is breath-taking. Everyone is so friendly and we all look out for each other. The cops do a wonderful job of making sure everyone is well protected. The schools and teachers make sure all classes learn well to continue to the rich Poland tradition of being successful.
Very friendly and clean environment. Great schools and close to all the shopping outlets, grocery, and entertainment Boardman, Ohio has to offer!
Great community with very low rate of crime. Schools are highly rated. I attended a private Catholic School which I believe along with my parents made me the man I am today. The teachers really cared and went above and beyond to make sure you succeed.
Great suburban town. Very safe and well monitored by the Police. Right next to a good shopping area in Boardman; close drive to Youngstown State University. Although I didn't attend school in Poland, the academics and athletics are above average. Many at consider it a "snobby rich place"
Not a very exciting place to live. You get to experience all 4 seasons (which can be good or bad depending on the person). It's a low crime area, a good place for kids.
Theres barely any crime in Poland and the cops, even though are very strict, are very responsive.
In Poland, there is hardly any crime whatsoever. The schools are great and the roads are good. The only problem I have is that the classes for grades in the schools are shrinking because more older people are moving into the town than younger families.
Its a great place to raise a family.
I enjoy living in this area. It is really a great place to raise a family.
It's an alright city with an alright university with alright people.
I enjoy living in this area. It is welcoming, and friendly.
