You can make friends in this little town. The school needs help though, with every year that passes the school suffers from lack in funding. The town has been very stubborn as to pass bonds to help the school, but the students keep needing them passed.

Good small home town. Everyone is friendly. Near by larger city is Fort Smith that most people of Pocola work at and shop. That has a large mall, with a food court. Many different restaurants, many different Department Stores.
Small town with only two traffic lights. Very low crime rate. Streets are rough. Police are not friendly. The whole town closes up at night.
