I enjoy the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the town. I like how most people there are nice. I do not enjoy the price of living or the amount of stop lights there are within the town because it takes a long time to drive where I need to go. They have many good restaurants downtown on Main Street, my favorites include: the patio, wild one, and pastas trattioni.
The neighborhoods are super clean and it friendly and safe enough to ride your bike or take a stroll. There are small local parks everywhere you turn. Lots of greenery, lots of beautiful plants and trees. Neighborhoods are usually quiet. Downtown area is lively.
it is a good city and all. the city seems to take care of nature seriously. and it shows, the city got a small field next to a park and they made an new playground and soccer fields. and the rest of the field that had been left had trees planted in it.
Pleasanton is a suburban town in the San Francisco Bay Area. Overall, it is a safe and family friendly place to live.
Definitely a good place to live in since the education is at least good here and the community is some what friendly. Unfortunately based off others, the cost of living is already pretty high.
A small town full of life, Pleasanton is perfect for the average suburban family. With its downtown being a spot everybody goes to, it's a place the defines our city.
People are not very friendly but the town is very clean and well kept. The downtown area is cute with good restaurants and small shops. There is a lot of history here and the parks are very nice. Good place to raise a family.
Pleasanton is a great town if you are looking for peacefulness and quietness. The small parks and neighborhood are great for a walk and the people here are nice to talk with.
Although the community is vastly diverse, the acceptance in this community is not so inviting. Perhaps this sense of an unneighborly community is greatly influenced by the global pandemic that has affected the persona on this town, but I have been struggling to assume a feeling of "home" within Pleasanton.
Beautiful scenery. Lots of shopping and close to everything I need. Weather is nice, everything is pretty clean, and food selection is pretty good when dining at restaurants.
Pleasanton is a small town with friendly people. There are a wide variety of parks and trails, so it is great for outdoorsy people and kids. The schools are highly rated, and the neighborhoods are safe. Downtown is my favorite place with lots of small businesses keeping the small town charm
While most of us refer to Pleasanton as a "bubble", it is a nice, family-friendly place to live. Our downtown is really nice to walk around and there's always good food to eat.
The town is a overall pretty nice. There's a really pretty downtown, and there's beautiful hikes nearby. The schools are pretty good, there just isn't very much diversity. Also, housing is really expensive.
Pleasanton is a great place to settle down and start a family. It is a really great place if you're looking for that suburban lifestyle where you can go on family bike rides and picnic in one of the many parks. Living here does have a price, the cost of living is high and most people commute out of town for their jobs. I would recommend someone living in this area if they'd like a break from big cities and bustling areas. There are places to breathe here and great places to shop, eat, and relax but everything closes down around 8 or 9pm.
Pleasanton is a great city! The schools are really good, and the community is friendly and welcoming. I moved year a while ago and I don't regret it at all! Pleasanton has really high ranked schools, and the teachers are really good. It is also a safe place to live, making it ideal for families to stay. As an added bonus, Pleasanton is very close to the hub of technology, Silicon Valley. All in all, it is a great place to live!
Pleasanton's such a great town to live in! I've grown up here and I really love my community. Our town is always growing and changing and it's so diverse.
I moved here 5 years ago and its getting more and more diverse every year. The house prices are starting to go up but it is a very nice town. The downtown is sometimes boring but it has a lot of history.
