Safe neighborhoods and good schools! Plenty of parks and a beautiful view of the mountain directly north of the city. A little out of the way. 15 minutes to get to the heart of Ogden, and 45 minutes to get to Salt Lake City, so there is always a little commute. Not very many places to shop, but there are gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores to fulfill your every day needs. Overall a good city to raise your kids. I was raised here and I loved it.

Pleasant View is so amazing and the views are gorgeous! The people are kind and super helpful. It is my little corner of the world. I feel comfortable walking down the street, it is fairly easy to make friends, and people are just neighborly.
It is a more mature, “retirement” kind of neighborhood for the most part, but that’s what makes it great. People are friendly, kind, mature - they keep their homes and yards well manicured and taken care of. It’s a beautiful, safe clean area and I can’t wait to buy our own home in this area!
