Placentia is a very safe neighborhood, hardly any crime. The people here are great too! Everyone is very friendly. Placentia is also very diverse, you can meet people with very different backgrounds here. There is lots to do as well, many places to eat and have fun! Overall a great experience in this small city and a great place to call home.

Placentia's motto is "A Pleasant Place to Live", and after living here for more than 14 years, I can say that this is more than accurate. No town is free from crime, but considering that Placentia is by no means a small town in population, the lack of crime that I have been exposed to is impressive. Furthermore, the people in this town are generally very friendly, and the school district here in Placentia is wonderful. I have been given academic opportunities here in our local schools that not many other kids receive, and the quality of teachers and administrative staff at our campuses make our school's safe places to learn and grow. Overall, the true appeal of Placentia is that it is the best combination of a small town, as characterized by the warm and friendly atmosphere and a big city, through the impressive academic opportunities available to resident students.
I have lived in Placentia my whole life and I can say it is a great place to live. It is a relatively small city for Southern California but it is a great place to raise a family. The schools are great for public education and the diversity is amazing. Placentia is a great place to reside; however, jobs are limited in this city. Although jobs are limited here, many cities circling Placentia have good job opportunities.
