I liked that the mall and downtown Pineville are minutes away from one another. The rec center has free memberships for the residents that include a workout facility, park, rental facilities, dance classes, etc. The Pineville police are hands on and respectful of all residents.

I absolutely enjoy Pineville, it's nice and cozy. Although it isn't too big, it has so much to offer as far as different restaurants and local community activities. I love going down the to park during the summertime where the rec center plans movie nights and even festivals! This small suburb gives you the small community feel but with big city amenities.
I like that is close to Ballantyne, with lots of shopping, stores, medical offices. I have found it to be very family and pet friendly. I have great neighbors who have all lived in the area for many years. Pineville is close to the interstate which allows for easy traveling.
