Pinecrest is in a good location situated between US1 and Old Cutler road. I like how beautiful the neighborhood is with lots of trees. Some areas are easy to navigate however others can be confusing and easy to get lost. Some areas, nearer Coral Gables, are quite secluded, especially the gated communities, whereas the areas near US1 and Palmetto Bay are busier, but still quiet and safe.

I love that it is a very safe environment where you are basically close to everything, there's Dadeland mall, the Falls shopping center, various different parks and restaurant that surround us for us to try.
Pinecrest is a very comforting area to live in. The streets are mostly quiet, and the sun shines at good angles. Shops and parks tend to be within walking distance, so healthy living is certainly easy to attain.
