In Pine Hill, I have noticed that there are many good things and bad things. The people are friendly and welcoming. The area is very safe to say but the schools are poorly funded. And the kids at Overbrook High School are unmotivated to do something great with their lives after high school. They settle and don’t look to better themselves when they have the chance. So as a parent please reconsider sending them there or letting them hang with them or else they’ll lack long term goals.

I was raised in pine hill for majority of my life. This town is average and has no night life at all. Most recently our local food store closed so if walgreens doesn't have it most likely I'm taking a longer drive to a neighboring town. This town is good for families and people are friendly enough. Crime is regular, as in there isn't police chases and kidnappings. Main thing we are known for is the stupid golf course that now belongs to our 45th president.
Pine Hill is a very diverse town with great residents. The commute difficult at times because of the population density of NJ and also being built around two golf courses.
