Pine Castle Reviews

Pine Castle is very conveniently located to downtown, the FL mall area, and conway area. There are several parks and restaurants nearby. It could definitely use a bit of a facelift but overall it's a nice place to live.
I love how nearly everything is a walk away. I can easily walk to five food/shopping plazas from my home. The traffic isn't always the best, especially since we are near a very popular mall, but in general, it is easy to travel around. The schools are not the greatest, and there are traces of de facto segregation, but it is still a community that I don't mind being a part of. It is also pretty safe and everyone minds their own business.
Nothing bad ever really happens unless you count the people who buy and sell weed which really did not affect the community in any way
I went from Orlando to Kirksville Missouri HUGE change to say the least, Orlando is always busy and there is always something to do no matter hat time of day
There's not a lot of crime that is on the news mostly because there is lack of police. Vandalism, theft and harassment is the type of crime seen around here
The rent is very high for the place they call safe, when there's a lot of crime, violence, and drug use around the areas. Yet there's no help from the government t make it better.
The community could be better, not everyone wants be a better person. They just stay with the easy route and not go any further with their life.
The safety of my area has become somewhat better over the years, but there's still a bunch of crimes that happen daily and drug use around the area.
We have to issues with any of the neighbors.
Things happen everywhere. There are worse places to live and the neighbors never bother each other.
The houses that I see , are really not that bad, They seem pretty decent and well maintain!
The family's that tend to stay at our area, so far since 2011 I've seen the same family in our neighborhood and same kids I see outside , like my neighbors been here for a good while.
In the neighborhood I have lived there for 8-9 years. I have grew up around neighbors that I don't call them family but consider them as close friends. As the years I have been living in my apartment for years I've seen so many changes within the ethnicity (from black to Hispanic people), also the owners of the complex, changed as well , and taking care more of the environment and the apartments. I have met friends that come and go. Overall is my hometown and where I grew up when little. Can't wait to one day come back later in the future, and just take a look of where I come from. Love my home<3
It could be better, but there is people who have it worse. You have to be grateful and not complain especially if you know it could be worse.Be thankful for what you have.
If I could choose again, this area would not be my first choice because of the crime rate and people who occupy the area. I feel like as time goes on this area will become more deteriorated due to lack of attention. The perks of the area though are that is is relatively close to everything. Downtown is like a 20 min drive and so is the airport. There is also a mall and many grocery stores nearby so driving to the store is not a hassle.
The police are usally around to protect
There are many gyms and alot of fitness to do
