My overall experience with Philadelphia has been amazing. I love the town that I live in! My neighbors are so diverse and I have met people from all walks of life. Many of the families that live in my complex are military families, just like me. Almost everyone is friendly, and I have been here for six months and have not had a problem yet! The only downside to Philadelphia is there isn't much to do here. You have to drive at least 15 minutes to find fun activities. If you have a car, it's a very decent place to live!

My experience with Philadelphia mainly comes in the form of the schools. My children have been students at the middle and high schools there; the academics, activities, and sports and second to none.
Philadelphia is a quaint town that barely, almost never receives any crime. It's a small town that has a large surrounding area with an unbelievable amount of countryside to settle in. The school district Indian River, has several schools to attend up to the high school level and branches out across other towns as well. The town is also so close to the base Fort Drum that we have many military families living in the area who also attend the district for education.
