Phenix City, Alabama is truly amazing! Yes, it's not a big huge city like New York City, but let's say you're retired and you want to get away from the big city and want to stay in a quiet peaceful town. Phenix City is a great city to stay in! Or let's say you're not retired and you just want to go on a getaway with your family. You want to get away from the big city and your job and you just want to relax. Trust me, we've all been there. There are so many amazing lakes to relax and enjoy some coffee out on your porch and enjoy the marvelous sunsets and sunrise. But wouldn't you want to have a little fun? I would think so! You can swish the waves while riding an epic jet ski, go fishing, go fishing, and even go tubing! Afterwards, you can gather around and enjoy a cozy campfire and make some delicious s'mores! Alabama may not be the most biggest city, but it sure is nice, warming, hometown to stay in.

Phenix City is full of talent! However, there are limited resources to success in this town. I admire the idea of growth in the community, but activities and resources are very scarce. Phenix City should expand it's activities because it is a city that people often travel through to get to different destinations.
Its a very small town. More community based that anything. I volunteer with a local nonprofit organization name Generational Changers. I live in a town below Phenix City, named Fort Mitchell, where anything local and fun to do we have to go over to Columbus, GA, which is less than 10 to 30 minutes away depending on direction of origin or destination. There is more to shop for than there is to play. Children need more in Phenix City. I think that someone who is capable and willing should open places for children and teens, to divert from the trouble that is caused in the neighborhoods due to the lack of entertainment and having to travel just to get that entertainment.
