Phelps Reviews

It is a small town nestled in the beautiful hills of eastern Kentucky. The people are friendly and helpful. The scenery is stunning in the summer and fall. Winters can be mild with occasional cold snaps and small snowfalls. Summers are hot and humid. Fall is a perfect season here.

It's a small town and everybody knows everybody! Someone is always there to help you when you need it.
More jobs and better roads to get to other towns. More shopping and dining options would be great as well.
