Quietly pleasant neighborhood. Convenient to the City of Plattsburgh. Nice homes, great neighbors. Safe Area, great for families. Scenic vistas, overlooking the Green Mountains, and Lake Champlain. Slow relaxing pace of life.

I love the quaintness of this area, but I'm a traveler and know there is more out there to explore, see and learn so this small town isn't for me to live forever but absolutely a place to take my future family as a vacation to show them my "home."
It's like any other town, except troubled by drugs.
