After just moving to Perryville, Kentucky from about 30 miles away. I felt acquainted with the memorial battlefield emblems. The plaques were informative, the cemeteries are quaint and hospitable for evocation of pledges to the cause, and the churches with the mother Mary statues created an experience of home, as due to childhood fond memories with feelings of being placed into a restorative image. Overall, because its so small and the street lights resonate the one branching main street of Perryville, I feel more at home in comparison to Illinois. Still however, I'm looking for some kind of comfort that only the morning air of Corpus Christi, Texas offers. I love the static in the air.

I love that Perryville is a small historic town and the people are very friendly. It can be beautiful in some spots but not so much in others. Local businesses need to update their buildings.
Nice houses, neatly maintained, good sized.
