Its a good area to live. Not much going on but its a safe place, and the people are generally nice. Its close to other larger cities so its a good area to live in, and the main focus is in the school, which is great here.
In perry township, crime is rather low and walks during the day are very safe. Crossing over into canton, you see a steep decline in safty and a steep rise in crime.
There is not really a lot of crime here to begin with, but when there is, the police are always there to make sure that the crime is taken cared of responsibly.
This area is not too bad, but it seems the crime rate is defiantly going up and you just dont feel safe as much anymore.
The houses are beautiful and have a lot of land. They are definitely great houses for families to spend their lives in.
There are many annual events held around this area and there is always something to look forward to in each season.
The public services in this area are great. Local representatives are always active, and the are police stations, fire stations and hospitals all around this area.
There is no reason to be afraid while living in this area. The police staff is amazing are always quick to respond to any calls they may receive.
The weather here is not bad at all. You experience all four seasons just like they should be. The winters are cold, but they are never too brutal and windy. Spring is a very nice time to live here with all of the flowers blooming and children starting to play outside again. Summer is very nice, with temperatures always being a comfortable warm. Sometimes it gets very hot but nothing the residents are not use to. Fall is my favorite season here because it is the perfect combination of warm and cold temperatures, and also the scenery is beautiful.
It's a very small township and city, but the people are amazing here. It may be small but you can get everything you need here from clothing and food, to hardware supplies and decorating materials. You do not have to travel far at all to go the store, bar, schools, or any other business.
The houses are nice enough around here but they could be better.
There are mostly fast food places and not actual restaurants.
Living in Canton, there are a variety of different stores that fit everyone's needs.
There are not a lot of job varieties in Canton. Hence, if someone went to New York City then they would have a better opportunity in finding a job that makes them happy.
Most people around this town are cashiers, waitresses, or other various low paying jobs. There is not much opportunity in other job fields. It's very hard for students to find jobs here as well.
What little local business we have in this town is great. We have a couple family restaurants and a couple family car dealerships, but that's about it. Service at these places is amazing and definitely my favorite places to go.
