Perris is a neighborhood with great potential.
I have lived in Perris my whole life and I have seen growth in it. New houses, new school, new park, and new opportunity.

There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and rest. Companies are investing in Perris. There is now a Burlington, Ross, Five Below, Wienerschnitzel, Planet Fitness, and more. These companies can see the potential in Perris and are contributing to it.

Every year, there is the Southern California Fair, often referred to as the “Perris Fair”. Perris residents get admission for free!
Perris is a great place for fun and exercise.

Perris is located right next to a highway, so travel to further places is easier. If Perris were to grow into a greater city, then commuting to it would be a popular as well as easier process.
Some things I’d like to see in Perris are: more sidewalks, more street lights, an arena, a law firm, a better movie theater, and a rehab center.

My overall experience living in Perris has been amazing. I've made plenty of connections here, and it's a great spot to be near the big cities but not in them. You're about an hour or less from everything. It has many stores and areas to chose to shop from, and the houses around here are very affordable. Bringing kids here is a great option because the education and the athletics supported in them are great--a lot of diversity in the area as well. There's many jobs within the area available for under 18, as well as 18+. There's a community college right next door, and a UC campus about 30 minutes away! Overall, i support coming here, you won't regret it!
Moved to Perris from Riverside 5 years ago it has really changed my life!! We sold our first home it was in a decent perris neighborhood but a starter home 2 bed 1 bath, pretty small.Bought a new forever home by the lake. So big spacious and it’s very quiet and relaxing. My neighbors are so friendly and welcoming and relieved they got equally nice new neighbors. It can be a wonderful place to live as is my experience.I guess it depends on what side of town your in. A similar home to mine but Riverside is in the $700’s. I love my home and I am excited for the new development going on in Perris shopping and dinning. Wishing for grill n bar on the lake or maybe a Hotel and casino a girl can dream.
