Perkiomen Township is a great place to raise kids. Baseball, Soccer, Field Hockey, Lacrosse. There are even several community theater organizations. Lots of parks and close to the Perkiomen Trail. The school district is one of the top schools rated in the State. We were going to move but stayed in the district because of the schools. Very little land to build on is left. A great location and close to everything. Shopping Centers have opened up and jobs are in abundance for the moment with all the Pharmaceuticals around us like Pfizer, Smith Kline, Merck, and Quest Diagnostics.

There is almost no crime that I am aware of in this area. This area is always safe, and crime is a rare occurrence here. The police are often visible, and they are very responsive to emergency situations. I have no concerns for the crime and safety in this area.
The area is centered around Ursinus College and has a somewhat active suburb life satisfying to many walks of life. New businesses are always opening up, therefore allowing for the possibilities in the area to steadily increase for the people that reside.
