Pepperell is a small town with a very friendly atmosphere! It can be a little pricey at times and depending on where you work, your commute could take a while, but aside from that it is a great place to live. The only downside is the public school systems in Pepperell. They have many problems and often, not enough funding.

On the plus side a very safe place to live, clean environment, lots of natural beauty, a small laid back town. On the down side - there's not a lot to do here and you have to leave town to find entertainment and restaurants There are too many small pizza shops but not a whole lot more except one nicer small restaurant. Stores don't have a lot of appeal either - the small downtown area should be spruced up a bit with more quaint appealing signage. There is not enough businesses or any entertain to attract people. Lots of vacant stores that that are not be filled/ maybe due to lack of curbside appeal. Things are moving very slowly for development in this area. It's nice to keep things small but sometimes towns need economic growth too with businesses that have some type curbside appeal.
There isn't very much to do in Pepperell or many job opportunities for post-college graduates. Many residents of Pepperell work in Boston, Worchester, Lowell, or other surrounding cities. The crime rate in Pepperell is relatively low compared to other suburbs of Boston.
