Pepper Pike Reviews
I have lived in the Cleveland area for 35 years and in Pepper Pike for the last 5 years. The small community is beautiful with its high end housing, abundant trees, and winding roads. The location is absolutely first rate: under 10 minutes to all shopping (mid to high end), a phenomenal grocery store, metro parks, historic and scenic Chagrin Falls, nation leading private and public schools, and an excellent Cleveland Clinic network hospital. Cleveland culture, which is accessible from Pepper Pike in under 30 minutes, is only marginally surpassed by cities like NY and Vienna (this is not an exaggeration). Highlights are the world class Cleveland Orchestra (consistently rated top in the nation, among top three in the world), the Cleveland Museum of Art, and Playhouse Square. The cost of living is a fraction of what you will find in any other large american city.
It's a wonderful community, and it's always a great experience to be enclosed in such a loving, warm environment! There's great restaurants, education, and more! For these reasons, I think Pepper Pike is a stellar, safe place to raise a family, live, and be happy!
Living here is great! I do wish that there were more activity on my street in general, as in seeing the neighbors more often. Hearing people having a good time. I love the atmosphere, My family and I always feel as if we are safe even when it's dark out. There's never bad commotion going out. Everything's good.
