I have lived in and near Pensacola, Florida my whole life. Watching it grow and become considered one of the most beautiful beach towns in the country, makes me proud to say I am a native Floridian. There is no other place I would like to be to observe nature, explore our beaches, and discover the beauties in the wilderness that Pensacola has to offer. There is nothing I would like to be changed other than the excitement in the population to preserve what already exists. I would love to see the quality of the water, recreational and naturally flowing bodies of water considered for clean up and action to keep our beaches and rivers cleaner than they are. My civil duty is to promote action and education about the contaminants plaguing our waterways, choosing environment over economy to increase environmental sustainability for all to enjoy whether native or tourist.

I love living near the beach and there are so many activities to do in the area! If you love outdoors there are plenty of coastal things to do! Boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, camping, RVing, watching the Wahoos baseball team, and walking in downtown historic Pensacola! The history here is fascinating, as Pensacola is known as America’s first settlement! Historic buildings, art galleries, and museums show off our cultural side, as well! Take a walk through history at Fort Pickens exploring the 1800s architecture that defended the coast against enemies. Downtown and the surrounding communities such as Pace, Milton and Gulf Breeze, all have plenty of shopping! Antique stores are really popular in the area, as well as cute little boutique and thrift stores. Pensacola is situated right on I10, which provides easy access to the traveling spirits. Driving to other key locations such as New Orleans, Atlanta and Orlando can be done in an easy day for weekend getaways! Visit Pensacola, FL!
