This area is prone to flooding because of the river that runs throw. Every time it rains for days and a constant rain at that the river is likely to flood making it roadways unable to driven on but because the area is prone to flooding they are quick to find detour roads and the locals are able to get around the problem
There are places that are always hiring but many people have their jobs here because they have moved from another location in the U.S to the one in this area. But finding a job here is like anywhere else it can be really easy or hard all depending in your field of work.
