I love the Penndel area. It has a suburban city vibe to it. It has an old town feel. Plus, there is plenty of public transportation - 3 buses and the West Trenton Line. You can live there without a car and get practically anywhere you need to go.

Like stated before, there is little to no crime in this area. When there's is a problem however, the police are right on it. There are police stations very close to Penndel and another five minutes away so their response time is quick.
There's not too too many local private owned businesses that I am familiar with, but the ones I know are fantastic! Langhorne Coffee House for example has friendly excellent service and great deals
