Pearland is the cutest little town in all of Texas! When I moved here from Florida, Pearland was a fairly small place. Over the past couple of years, however, its population has grown! Pearland now houses every store and restaurant you can think of and the residents are all generally nice people! Pearland has a relaxed, laid-back feeling about it. There isn't one area of town that is dangerous or risky to drive through or visit. However, if you live here, many people outside of Pearland will pronounce your hometown as, "Pearl-land!"
I think that The City of Pearland is very beautiful. There is a really nice view of the sunset in certain areas of the city. There are many amenities that are easily accessible to patrons. For example, shopping outlets, fast foods, all you can eat buffets, many banks, etc. Although the traffic on Broadway may be a tad bit overwhelming during rush hour, as is everywhere else in Houston, one can enjoy the scenery that runs along the stretch. There are also parks that people can carry their children as well as their pets. I would not change a thing! If you are a huge fan of parks and sunsets, then this is the place for you!
I loved living in Pearland in the year of 2011. It was so nice and peaceful. The environment was clean, and my neighbors were nice and friendly. There’s so many fun and interesting things to do that are nearby. The mall is in the middle of the town, which is great for everyone. The thing I liked most about Pearland was that there’s always cops patrolling the area, therefore I always felt safe wherever I went. If I could change anything, it would be the cost of living. I would make it more affordable, so that more great people could reside there!
