Small town but has a lot to do! Close to major transportation means, as well as parkways and highways. Has tons of public park areas and nice bars and restaurants.

Pearl River has a small-town feel, the people are friendly. It is definitely a family-orientated town, everyone I know is through child's schools. I'd say its upper middle class, somewhat traditional, a lot of mothers stay home to raise their kids. The school district is very good, many people move here for the school district. Diversity is not great, mainly because of the predominantly Irish community that founded the area. That is changing a bit.
Very small town where everyone knows eachother. Predominately white, irish, and catholic. Many residents are in the law enforcement industry.
