It's a small town with average schools and institutions. It has very little in terms of finding a job in the town, as you usually have to work in neighboring cities. There's very few, if any, entertainment venues or amenities.

Patterson is a small, family center community. There are several churchs and church sponsored events in the area. The community members are welcoming. The natural wildlife is beautiful and respected.
Opportunity, for people to get an education. Ged or Adult learning. I believe that you change the minds of people when you educate them. I also believe if taught a skill such skill will boost the self esteem. It may even stop and turn people around. More opportunities will change the crab to bucket senario.
