It's quiet here. I love the friendly neighbors and the spacious neighborhoods as well. It gives me a sort of "main character of a movie" feel because the houses here look fantastic. It's as if you're in a popular Netflix original filming in this area.
Love that it's part city - part country. It has great neighborhoods. The homes in the neighborhood are not packed in tightly. We have room to run around. Neighbors are very nice and helpful.
Parker is a great niche town with acreage among areas where density is normally an issue. We love our big back yard with plenty of space for the kids and dogs and yet we enjoy the convenience of city life (stores, etc.) just up the road.
