Almost everyone in my neighborhood is a hardcore conservative. And while I respect that, they do not respect any opinions besides their own and do not really respect any lives besides their own. Also, the weather gets more and more atrocious every year.

The cost of properties is reasonable in my limited experience. The quality of most houses is rather high. And I see very few, if any, abandoned properties. There are several vacant properties at the moment due to a lot of recent construction of new houses as the population of the area grows.
I live in a very friendly area. The neighbors are all lovely people who keep the neighborhood clean and appealing to the eye. There are lots of pets, all of them are sweet. People in my area exercise often by walking or running around the neighborhood.
