Humble little town. Friendly people. Great scenery. A lot of nice homes too. Next to zero crime and the high school/junior high school, and middle schools are basically brand new high tech buildings.

Small farming area, not a lot of traffic, quiet, great neighbors, has a township park and ball fields, good school in the area
Mom and Pop Shop which houses some food and gas station is ok if you need just some milk and bread type items or gasoline. It's expensive so it is worth the drive (15 miles) to go into town and do main grocery shopping.

Another store about 4 miles from my house is a Hardware Store and Corner Store. The Hardware store is very nice and clean and supplies just about everything you need in terms of items for repairs, etc of your home. The Corner Store however is not one I'd shop at. It has always been dirty looking and ran down. I do give the new owners credit, they are trying to improve the looks of it.
