We lived here for a year and couldn't wait to leave. No one speaks or waves, there's sketchy people walking up and down the street all night, and you can smell people smoking weed all day long in the neighborhood right out in the open - at least do it away from kids. Everyone owns pit bulls that get loose constantly and just wander around. Two people were also shot and killed in their homes just a few blocks away. Low income, no activities or things for people to do, and bad schools spell trouble.
