Thee crime scene is not bad at all. In this area you rarely hear about crime
Ponte Vedra Beach is a very nice area in the middle of a great school district.
Their is little to no crime in my town.v
I plan to live here once I graduate college and hopefully find a career too.
I wrote about the houses in the previous question. Cost of housing is extremely high and so is renting. Utilities are high as well, since we use the air conditioner many months due to the heat and allergies. Not many vacant properties where I live but in the next town over there is government housing, vacancies, abandoned properties, and seems like no city codes.?
I love where I live! My family is around me, I have my mom, uncle, grandparents, & cousins living near me. The weather & the beach are awesome-my friend & I go to the beach, build bonfires, sit in the hot tub, surf, & swim.
It is a really safe area
I would definitely live here again
I love living in Ponte Vedra Beach. We have great weather and beaches. I would definitely choose to live here again if I had to do it all over again. I see more things to do and places to eat in the future.
I've lived here most of my life and I would settle here if I found a good job. The overall, year-round weather and beautiful beach is the most appealing factor in choosing this location. The local community atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and most people are respectful of one another. The schools are top-rated and there are abundant retail and restaurants, which draw many families to the area. This seaside community, with it's beautiful homes and well-maintained public areas, offers endless allures for a comfortable destination.
There are hardly any vacant properties. There are many condos in the area and they are always full because people move in and out of the area frequently. The cost of housing in Ponte Vedra Beach varies. The houses by the beaches tend to be more expensive. The prices of the houses in any of the country clubs can vary from moderate to expensive.
The weather in Ponte Vedra Beach is one of the reasons why people move here. The fall is beautiful. It still retains the warmth from the summer, but early in the morning and later near the evening the weather drops slightly, and breezes flow frequently during the day. During the winter the temperature drops low, but never has it been under twenty-five degrees fahrenheit, which means it doesn't snow. The winter brings a dry kind of cold, but it is never to bad. The spring is just as beautiful as the fall. The temperature rises again and it is perfect to be outdoors. It rains the most during this time, and sometimes it can persist for three days consecutively. The weather in the summer is humid hot. Sometimes it is perfect, but at other times it can be uncomfortable, especially to those who have moved to this area from the north. I would say people should have mostly clothes suited for warm weather, meaning t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, shorts, sandals, and anything else of the sort.
The area offers a variety of jobs and all of them pay well. There is a large amount of business and medical related jobs around the area.
Local businesses and stores are huge in Ponte Vedra Beach. They have everything you need to live here. There is a variety of stores that sell different materials.
Crime is almost not existent in Ponte Vedra Beach. Sure there has been a criminal incident once or twice, but those incidents are not extreme. Police are always visible in the area. Most communities are gated or require a special form of entrance. Crime is extremely low and safety is superb in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Ponte Vedra pays very high taxes so that we can keep a large police force in our area.
Ponte Vedra is a suburb. Employment opportunities for part-time, teenagers and young people living with parents are available. Grocery store clerks, restaurant jobs and the like. Other than that, Ponte Vedra is a terrible place to look for a job. Maybe if one is a lawyer, doctor, dentist, plastic surgeon or whatnot.
