I love where I live! My family is around me, I have my mom, uncle, grandparents, & cousins living near me. The weather & the beach are awesome-my friend & I go to the beach, build bonfires, sit in the hot tub, surf, & swim.

I've lived here most of my life and I would settle here if I found a good job. The overall, year-round weather and beautiful beach is the most appealing factor in choosing this location. The local community atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and most people are respectful of one another. The schools are top-rated and there are abundant retail and restaurants, which draw many families to the area. This seaside community, with it's beautiful homes and well-maintained public areas, offers endless allures for a comfortable destination.
I wrote about the houses in the previous question. Cost of housing is extremely high and so is renting. Utilities are high as well, since we use the air conditioner many months due to the heat and allergies. Not many vacant properties where I live but in the next town over there is government housing, vacancies, abandoned properties, and seems like no city codes.?
