Current resident and long time resident of Miami Dade County.
Diversity: Low diversity, if you love Latin culture in general then this will be a paradise.
Public Schools: Plenty of help for the disabled. One school is located in Palm Springs North (PSN), but there are TONS of good rated public schools around the area with a lot of private school options.
Safety: Compared to the big city of Hialeah, and Miami, this rural town is so safe, one can comfortably walk their dog around the neighborhood at midnight.
Family Friendly: Not only can children be found having fun everywhere at the proper times, working staff and residents are generally ALWAYS respectful of kids (excluding certain drivers on the major roads).
Nightlife: All commute times are worth it (may be long/short depending), bring money, and punch in the word bar or club in your MAPS app.
Affordability: There are cheap options, and expensive options.
Job Opportunities: Not many, but there are tons of options nearby.

Palm Springs North gives a very warm and family-oriented feeling. With the exception of a few old and rocky roads, the area is very well kept. There are plenty of small parks and stores spread out amongst PSN and the residents seem to be very welcoming of people. From what I have analyzed, Palm Springs North has a large variety of people with the majority being Hispanic. I would say PSN is a safe haven for middle-class families to live the stereotype "American Dream".
Palm Springs North is a very calm and family oriented neighborhood. There are a variety of restaurants that vary from Italian to Asian cuisine. It has a very ideal location since it is not too far from major cities or shopping centers. There are lots of parks that are open to all and some of them even have community pools that offer classes to all from young children to the elderly. It has been a great pleasure to have grown up in such a lovely place.
