The city also offers many recreational activities, such as golf courses, tennis courts, fishing, and water sports. Its proximity to the ocean also allows residents to enjoy various aquatic activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and sailing. In addition, the city offers a variety of cultural events and festivals, such as the SunFest music festival and the Palm Beach International Film Festival. The city also has a vibrant nightlife, with many restaurants, bars, and clubs. Overall, living in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, provides its residents with a unique living experience that is both enjoyable and beneficial.
I have lived in Palm Beach Gardens since I was born. Definitely a place for families. Commute is heavily car-dependent, but public buses are available.
In Palm Beach Gardens, the area is amazing with a lot of activities and places to go. It is a very centralized city with many restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, schools, gyms, and a few malls. If you are looking for a fun day out with your friends, you can go to a park, a mall, the movies, the beach, an escape room, paint balling, go to a gym, or go play a sport with them. In my area, there are many recreational areas where kids are able to play sports: baseball, basketball, flag and tackle football, tennis, golf, soccer, volleyball, softball, and lacrosse. The area is very safe and I am comfortable going out at night and enjoying my time. Many restaurants stay open late, and there are a few clubs in the area, but the drive to Miami is not too hectic, which is where all the night club action is.
I have lived in Palm Beach Gardens along with my family for the last 22 years. I have greatly enjoyed my time in PBG, but I do have to say that in some parts of PBG, it is more of families with young kids and those looking into retirement. If you are in your early twenties, I would look into different parts of Palm Beach Gardens that are more suitable for younger ages. Otherwise, the family-friendly atmosphere is fantastic. There are definitely things to do for every age and the area is extremely safe. I have lived here for my whole life and have never felt uncomfortable or scared. If you are looking for nightlife, I would recommend taking a short drive towards Jupiter as they have much more nightlife. Things in PBG tend to close earlier than the rest of the county. The public schools are average, but if you participate in their advanced programs then they can be fantastic.
The area is nice but very pricy. Palm Beach Gardens has a beautiful selection of restaurants and local activities such as the Sunday fresh market and beach yoga. Palm Beach Gardens is a beautiful place to live and the people are wonderful and warm.
I've lived here all my life. It is safe and clean with plenty of social events to keep life interesting! The neighbors are friendly. Very likely to make new friends easily.
I think PBG is a wonderful place to live. Tons of tropical plants and nice landscaping everywhere. Everything is very clean and upkept. Every part of the city is relatively close to the beach. There are tons of restaurants cheap to pricey and lots of shopping centers/malls. There’s many nice parks, nature trails, and neighborhoods. I feel safe going out at night. Never had any issues with crime. The area is definitely undergoing a major increase in population, as there are countless new communities being built around town. That is clearly because this is a desirable area. The only issue with that is traffic has become much worse over the years. PGA and Northlake can be downright dreadful to drive on.
I like it because it's a safe place to live and quiet. The thing that I would change is to have more kid friendly things to do and places to go to because there isn't any indoor places for kids here.
Lived here for about 8 months and love the area. Crime rate is low in my particular area. Many shopping centers, plazas and businesses close by for short distance travel.
Palm Beach Gardens has everything you need. Wonderful shopping and dining opportunities and plenty of school options for parents with children and for college students. Palm Beach Gardens is a well cared for town, I urge anyone looking for a new place to live to move to it.
The location is prime access to all sorts of lovely outdoor venues and activities. Friendly neighbors. Close to the ocean!
Moved to PBG with my family to be closer to the beach. Finding good schools was very hard especially finding good public schools that were comparable to those I was at before (Gwinnett County, GA). Besides school, the area is very nice especially as you go East to the beach. Typical growing suburb with hidden treasures.
I think there is always something to do whether that be going out to one of our many wonderful restaurants or just hanging at the beach with friends. However, without a car, it is difficult to get around.
I moved to palm beach gardens 7th grade year and I love it there. Florida is beautiful in general but palm beach gardens is a different type of peaceful. And on the other hand we love to party and go to the beach all the time. Many old folk here and sometimes they’re nice people but other times you are unfortunate Enough to meet the mean old heads who are always grumpy and yelling at kids so no reason. Something I would love to change is to see palm beach gardens residence help with the Community more often. Every time I go to the beach yes it’s Beautiful but sometimes the trash cans overflow and people will just keep piling on to the trash can instead of just holding the trash and putting them in another trash can.
Palm Beach Gardens is an extravagant location for a variety of people who find pleasure in it's vast culture, nightlife, and artistic outlook throughout the city. Whether you are a business man looking for a relaxing afternoon on the golf course, or a young individual exploring the bars during the late nights on a weekend, Palm Beach has every type of life for every kind of person.
I have been living in Palm Beach Gardens for about three years, and have nothing but good things to say about it. Palm Beach Gardens is a diverse and healthy living community for people, and families of all ages. It is also a safe and we'll mannered area. As for room of improvement I would say the prices should definitely become lower so it is accessable to people of any income.
Palm Beach Gardens is the best place to be in Palm beach County. Everything you could ever need is within a 15 driving distance. The Palm Beach Gardens mall is in the heart of palm beach gardens and is a great spot to grab a bite to eat or to go shopping. It has a good blend of High end Designer retail stores and mid level affordable for most stores. The beach is also one of Palm beach gardens claim to fame.
