Palisades Park Reviews
Palisades Park is a great place to socialize with family and friends! Broad Avenue is a popular street known for their Korean cafes and restaurant. Besides visiting the Korean cafes and restaurants, there are many other places to go to, such as the karaoke!
I've lived here for almost my whole life, and I loved growing up here. It's basically a suburban Koreatown, and a lively little place. Everything is walking distance, and Broad Ave has so many options for Korean dining. It feels busy with all the people walking around all the time, but never too overwhelming. It's pretty safe too, I've never been scared to walk anywhere at night, and the last big crime I recall hearing about was 8 years ago. My only gripe is with the education system, which is subpar, but I've heard they're improving, so that might not even be an issue.
This town is not the ideal suburban place many prefer when raising children. In fact, it is one of the busiest towns around the area. Parking is extremely difficult to find and parking tickets are so excessively given out. On the positive note, there is an amazing array of Asian food options and deliveries. If you are not a fan of driving, this place might suit you better. The schools are average from what I hear.
