I think that this town is very under developed. I wish that more developers would move to this area and create new businesses. Other than the lack of businesses it is a pretty fair town. I think that the town in general is also pretty poor. It is a great area if you are looking for a peaceful and wooded town. Then this is the town for you.

Overton is a very small town. The people are friendly, for the most part. It does have a grocery store and a couple of other stores. The town could do better if the locals would allow for new business to come in.
The police are always patrolling this neighborhood. There usually isn't anything going on to make you feel scared.
