This community is very small. There are about six families currently in this community and everyone is very close and friendly. Almost each household owns a dog.

The housing is very nice. Everyone who lives here build/designed their own houses an they all take good care of their properties.
There are a lot of small, locally-owned businesses, which is really great. A lot of restaurants in my town go out of business fairly quickly. Overall, there is a good variety of stores.
