Ormond Beach is a beautiful place with parks, woods, rivers, and of course, beaches. Quaint shops, nice restaurants. Some beautiful neighborhoods. There are some current issues with “over-development,” and many longtime residents are not happy with so many trees coming down and neighborhoods going up. The increase in population is affecting traffic. Hopefully, Ormond can hold onto its small town feel. It really is a nice place!

Ormond Beach is a beautiful, quiet city. It is a very small town that s not crowded, and is overall pleasant and peaceful. All the people are exceptionally kind and go above and beyond to be polite. There are many great housing options, and most houses are just a few miles away from the beach!
Ormond Beach is great to live in, depending on your location. Some areas are very beat up and "ghetto" or "trashy", and other areas, such as by the beach, are beautiful. There are a lot of things to do in Ormond to have fun and a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Everything is nearby, which is nice, and it is not expensive to live here. There are a lot of job opportunities and a lot of doctors offices for work/care.
